This website is operated by Galt Graphics Inc., carrying on business as Galt Signs & Graphics (“we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), the service you’re interested in, your message, and any files you choose to upload (such as photos, logos or drawings).

We do not use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell or share your information with advertisers.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website (for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser used, and the general region a visit comes from). This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) and collects your IP address to estimate location; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use it to identify you personally, and the information you enter in our quote form is never sent to Google Analytics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that measures page visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To communicate with you about your project.
  • To keep records of work we perform for you.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run this website, who process information on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, security, storage of uploaded files and a backup copy of form submissions, and cookie-free analytics.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam and bot protection on our forms.
  • Resend — delivery of form submissions and confirmation emails.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage statistics (see Cookies & analytics above).

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention & security

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, complete your project and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Your choices
